Josh Caplan is the Director of Product for Microsoft OneLake in Microsoft Fabric. He leads the team responsible for defining and delivering a unified Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) data lake for the entire organization. Prior to this role, Josh played a pivotal role in shaping Power BI, leading the development of developer experiences, Power BI Premium, SQL Server Analysis Services, and Azure Analysis Services. He also spent several years on the Bing team, leveraging his expertise in business intelligence to extract insights from Bing’s massive data infrastructure.
